Scandinavia is “booming”, their culture, design and especially fashion. Nevertheless, not many people are aware that they are consumers of Scandinavian brands. People flock to Ikea and H&M, but rarely do people realize that Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, and In-Wear are in fact owned by Scandinavian companies Brand awareness of Scandinavian fashion brands is very low in the Netherlands, is there a future for these brands? Do the Scandinavian fashion brands have potential to grow and to increase the brand awareness? The report will give an overview of the Dutch fashion market, the fashion consumer and marketing-communication strategies recommended.
