What is the importance of service in these stores and how do their consumers perceive that? Is there a correlation between the service level in the different concepts and the presence of missed sales in these stores? What is the purchase intention of the visitors in the different retail concepts? What is the definition of ‘missed sales’? What are the factors causing lost sales to occur?
