Samenvatting

The study examines the relationship of Corporate Social Responsibility and Company Performance. By researching employees of tour operators and travel agencies within the Netherlands the project could determine the influence organizational culture, ideology-infused psychological contracts and employee engagement have on the investigated construct. Since CSR in Human Resources has been identified as important for the employee 's behavior at work and therefore the company performance, the report provides advice on which CSR HR activities to implement for operators within the travel agencies in order to increase their performance.
