Product Adjustment for the Dutch Market

Samenvatting

The main topic of this thesis is product adjustment for Destination Management Company in Indonesia. Product in this context is product components of tours. Examples of product components are accommodations, restaurants, transportations, tours and tour guides. 
The data collected from research is the product components preferred by Dutch tourists aged 35-60 which is collected using questionnaire; and the product components of the company which is collected by interview and document analysis. Afterwards, the data is compared to find the adjustment alternatives. The adjustment alternatives are assessed using the criteria to come up with the best alternative for the company.
