Co-creating value in a mobile application

Samenvatting

This thesis project was conducted for NLroute as part of a larger project assigned to the HBS Research Centre of Saxion. The objective of the research was to outline the perceived experience value of international students (18-35 yr.), who live in the Netherlands, regarding the use and co-creation of the mobile application of NLroute. The perceived experience value was used to advise NLroute about how to co-create value in the mobile application with and for the segment. The advice focused on customizing the mobile application for the segment and outlined co-creation opportunities.
