Samenvatting
Research study about sport specific ROM of the hip. Football players vs. Non-football players were tested. The test subjects were all tested in a position that mimics a kick in football. First they were tested in the standard way, then with the hip in extension and at the end with trunk rotation and hip extension. Abduction/adduction and Internal/external rotation were measured.
Hypothesis was that football players would show more ROM in the sport specific position.
