Samenvatting

This thesis is based on the graduation assignment to design a fitting integration between Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Field Vision. ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is currently in the middle of a huge implementation project that aims to implement a new ERP system for all its subsidiary companies. Because the service activities of AAES generate approximately 40% of the total revenue, it is important that this new ERP system is integrated with the field service solution in order to create an efficient, seamless service process.
