Samenvatting

SIW International Vrijwilligersprojecten (SIW) is a non-profit organization that provides the opportunity to do volunteer project in more than 70 countries. Throughout, the years the number of participants for international volunteer projects have been declining. This has caused financial limitations for SIW. The research objective is providing SIW methods to increase the participants for international volunteer projects.
The methods that have been used for the research were quantitative and qualitative methods. The interviews which were conducted among SIW volunteers of the organization and two survey are conducted in order to gain data that can be used to give a recommendations that is the most suitable for SIW among former SIW volunteers and random sampling.
