They are in more than 20 different countries and want to continue expanding his brand in the world. The problem is that every country has different business culture and the company must find what is the best option to introduce his product in Spain. I am going to make a business plan to establish the brand in Spain. The development of this business plan will demonstrate ways in which your business can compete in this global economy.
