The German company Verifysoft Technology is a young and developing company on the market of software testing and analyzing tools. The goal of the company is to help developers to improve the quality of their software and their productivity.
Since 2003, the company has managed to gain a good presence and notoriety on the German market. After a good success in Germany, the company launched its software analyzing and testing tools on the French and other European market in 2004. The French market for software testing tools is in expansion and seems to be interesting for this kind of tools. It represents for Verifysoft 15% of the total sales. However the sales in France are not increasing as much as the sales in the German market. Verifysoft Technology's direction is willing to find solutions to develop and boost its French market. Verifysoft wants to reach new customers and increase its market shares in France. The goal for the company is that in 2 years the French market represents at least 20% of the total sales.
There are not a lot of actors on the market of software testing and analysing tools because it is a really specialised and complicated market. However, it is difficult to gain in market shares. For example in France, still lots of developers are not aware of the importance of testing yet and don't understand what the interest of software testing and analysing tools is.
To help the company finding new customers on the French market, first commercial actions have been conducted. An important phase of prospection thanks to internet, specialised websites and specialised phone directory has been done. Prospecting new customers is a crucial part and necessary to develop a company, however current customers and interesting contacts should not be forgotten. This is the reason why there was a follow up of the customers in parallel with the prospection phase. Others actions which can permit the increase of the customers as making commercial partnership were carried out.
To gain in notoriety, an appropriated and targeted marketing is necessary. This is the reason why Verifysoft has communicated through specialised magazines and has send to targeted people flyers about the company.
These actions can have an impact on the company's sales and be efficient if they are combined and that the company is not concentrated on only one task.
