This report examines the effects of transformational leadership on team creativity, with focus on the moderating role of a sense of belonging. The research identifies that transformational leadership i a key driver for team creativity, and highlights intellectual stimulation as the most influential of the dimensions. Although the sense of belonging was anticipated to enhance the impact of leadership on creativity, findings revealed it does not significantly moderate this relationship. The results contribute to the understanding of leadership in fostering creative environments and promotes further research on the hypothesis that sense of belonging is rather a mediator than a moderator.
