Samenvatting

This research report focuses on the consumer behavioural changes towards higher tech and lower touch in a COVID-19 environment. Specifically, the report develops a solution and implementation plan to solve the current operational challenges the hospitality industry faces as a result of the pandemic. Through digitalization of certain procedures and processes, the report aims to show a practical solution that can be used by the industry to improve the efficiency of operations.
