Samenvatting

This paper concerns the integration process and the cultural differences of the individuals who are working abroad. Nowadays, in almost all companies there is a mix of different cultures. Each individual is different in a multitude of personal characteristics. Moreover, when individuals are becoming part of a new company, they are entering into a new world. The question remains: How can a company retain the employees and improve the relationship with its clients? To find out the necessary information about the subjects of 'integration process ' and 'cultural differences ', certain research papers will be examined and interviews with the employees working abroad will be conducted.
