Samenvatting

This thesis is written for Disability Studies in Nederland. This thesis deals with the experienced perception of inclusion of people with a disability working in the hospitality industry in order to stimulate the inclusion of people with a disability in this sector. By combining a desk research and qualitative field research interesting results came forward. An advice is provided to Disability Studies in Nederland on how to stimulate inclusiveness for people with a disability on the work floor and in society.
