Samenvatting

The idea of the research was to discover the market potential and demand for ESG consultancy in the hospitality industry in The Netherlands. The need for ESG is coming from the newly adopted by the EU Regulations, which aim to ensure sustainable development and social responsibility.
After conducting multiple interviews the researcher has developed a plan for the client to enter the consultancy market with product offerings which the hoteliers in The Netherlands proactively seek. The plan was co-created upon consultation with executive ESG consultants from firms such as Deloitte and KPMG.
