Samenvatting

The research investigates the hybrid working trend during COVID-19. Moreover, investigates the affect of a type of hybrid working (working from home) on employee productivity, employee happiness and work-life balance. Furthermore, it is investigated what the affect is of the current office environment on the workforce preferences to work from home by the JLL Amsterdam office workforce. The deliverable is a JLL designed hybrid working model based upon the workforce preferences.
