My thesis examines the factors influencing employee performance at Limpopo-Lipadi, focusing on leadership, motivation, training, work environment, and cultural influences. Through qualitative research, I identify operational and cultural challenges and propose a performance appraisal system tailored to the organization's needs. The system uses role-specific KPIs, separates skill and motivation, and includes automated feedback tools to improve transparency and accountability.
