Samenvatting

This bachelor thesis deals with the quality characteristics of daycare schools using the example of the Bodelschwinghschule Münster. The work at daycare schools is put to the test as a result of changes in society over the years. Possible influences on the quality of work at daycare schools are family and work planning, increased employment and single parents. These factors could lead into immense effort required for the support and good working quality and environment. This dissertation purposes to find out which quality characteristics are already embedded in the schools program and which need to be improved. The aim is to demonstrate weaknesses and ensure quality at the daycare Bodelschwinghschule Münster. Therefore the authors conduct a written survey of the employees.  As a result, the bachelor thesis comes up with the school’s need to take action on quality characteristics like teamwork, learning time and the usage and creation of room to improve their work and increase and secure quality.
