Samenvatting

The 5th International Whey Conference, organized jointly by the European Whey Products Association (EWPA) and the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), was held in Paris September last. The conference focused on market developments and novel developments in the fields of process technology, food applications and nutrition and health for whey ingedients, particularly whey proteins.
