The paper is about HROs in Argentina. It can be difficult for HROs in Argentina to survive. I focused of the problems these NGOs dealing with. Secondly, I gave a brief overview of the history of NGOs, Dirty War (1976 - 1983)and its influece on NGOs. I finished my rhesis with recommendations and conclusion.
