Samenvatting

This is a study about how the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) can evaluate its corporate partnerships regarding the partners`level of satisfaction. The final paper includes a literature review combined with field research. Interviews were conducted among the IPC`s corporate partners as well as experts in the area of sport sponsorship.

The result is a recommendation to the IPC regarding possible areas of improvement for its client services as well as a sample questionnaire. The questionnaire could form the basis for future evaluations of the corporate partnerships.
