To increase visibility and impact in the green transition, COVE SEED built the SEED Knowledge Sharing Platform. The platform is open to education, industry, and government actors for accessing and contributing practical experience of good practices. In the first phase (2025 Q2–Q3), sharing was mainly internal to the project, and external visibility remained limited. Given budget constraints and current user habits, the strategy was shifted to involve complementors (external content creators) while running a short Minimum Viable Product (MVP) cycle from October to December 2025, followed by an evaluation in December. The review tracked three low-effort indicators: (1) new users/organizations, (2) internal vs. external cases shared, and (3) basic web metrics (page views, average time on page, engaged sessions per user). The platform does not require rigid templates but encourages noting audience and key steps when possible so readers can judge applicability. The goal of this sharing platform was to incentivize the exchange of practical knowledge of good practices and their implementation for the transition to a greener economy.
