Samenvatting
The purpose of this report is to investigate the possibility of involvement of different stakeholders in the work of Payments Lab - a start-up within ING Bank. The research is focused on two particular groups of stakeholders: Internal Business Stakeholders, represented
by employees of ING Operations and IT Banking; and External Business Stakeholders,represented by end-users of payment products at various corporations. The research carried out for this report was based on Soft System Methodology.
