This study investigates how AI tools might help Criteo recruiters by decreasing manual labor and increasing process efficiency. Recruiters must review more profiles and interview more prospects due to the increase in application numbers, which is partially caused by candidates utilizing AI to improve their submissions. AI driven assistance solutions are desperately needed, as seen by the workload and repetitious administrative tasks. The research suggests the use of Otter.ai, a useful note taking tool that can increase recruiter efficiency without sacrificing fairness or necessitating significant IT modifications, following an analysis of Criteo's hiring data and nine interviews with recruitment experts.
