Met de officiële installatie van dr. K.J. Noorman als lector energietransitie begon hij met een reeks nieuwe uitdagingen. In zijn rede op die betreffende dag deelde hij zijn motivaties, intenties en mogelijkheden die hij binnen het Centre of Expertise ziet in het kader van Energietransitie.
