Samenvatting

Description of a research project in which information students did an online environment analysis. The research is aiming at discovering the frames which consists around ICT and Governments, in particular about the NSA. Our goal is to get an insight in the functions of these frames in conversations of stakeholders and professionals between June and December 2013. Verschenen in het kader van Opening Up. Opening Up is bedoeld om een betere dienstverlening aan burgers en bedrijven te zoeken door de inzet van social media en open data. Het Opening Up-project startte in oktober 2011 en duurt drie jaar.
