This research examines the effects of company expansion on its employees, when there is no indication of further expanding the team. The sales team at Sircle Collection is becoming frustrated as there is no communication of how this expansion will effect their responsibilities. Some employees are currently already overworked and dont know how to handle the additional workload. Therefore, this research focused on exploring which positions require support to most urgently. In addition to this the research examines the current onboarding procedure of sales managers and how this could be improved. The solution therefore includes an onboarding plan for the position of a leisure sales executive.
