Samenvatting

This experimental validation study of 1-RM estimation equations shows that, on the basis of correlation and estimation error, several estimation equations can be used to predict 1-RM for the lateral row strength machine in healthy active young adults. Most valid for this seem to be the Mayhew’s et al. and Lombardi’s equations.
