he focus on Learning, 7 meetings with Isao Yoshino and one meeting with Katie Anderson
In seven meetings of one hour, we will discuss several elements of ‘The Focus on Learning’. According Isao Yoshino: it is the focus on learning which probably differentiates Toyota from many other companies.

We will use the book ‘Learning to Lead, Leading to Learn’, written by Katie Anderson, as a reference for our discussions. Each meeting will start with a short introduction of about 20 minutes: I will ask Yoshino a question and he will answer or we (Yoshino and I) will show few supporting slides or a short video. After this, the floor is open for discussions, questions and comments. Everybody will be asked to contribute.
We are a relatively small group (total 9 attendees). We hope that it will not be only a Q&A with Yoshino. It is perfect if you also share your experiences.
I hope that we will learn a lot from each other!
