Generic data model patterns using Fully Communication Oriented Information Modeling (FCO-IM)
Samenvatting
The article discusses a study to determine the efficacy of Fully Communication Oriented Information Modelling (FCO-IM) in generic data modelling. The researchers use two generic patterns based on the identification of an object and based on the relation between two objects to examine the FCO-IM efficacy. Study revealed that the data modelling problems found from the structures of universe of discourse (UoD) collected fact can be solved using FCO-IM.
