Samenvatting

These days come with challenges due to the coronavirus spread: limited access to health care services, social isolation and generally limited options for physical activity. These challenges can test your ability to find “stability” in order to maintain your activity levels as well as your physical and mental health. In addition, each individual with Ehlers-Danlos is different and has their own environment which has their own advantages and disadvantages.

Dr. Mark Scheper joins us, to help you find stability in your own living environment and will give you a set of basic principles that enable you to tailor any remote training program that you want to do while having fun with it. This webinar is intended for families (children and parents) as well as individuals with EDS that live solitary.
