Implementation of Bizzmine QMS at De Ruyter Training & Consultancy
Implementation of Bizzmine QMS at De Ruyter Training & Consultancy
Samenvatting
This report offers a comprehensive research rationale for a transition from a manual, Excel-based Quality Management System (QMS) to an automated, web-based one called Bizzmine, at De Ruyter Training & Consultancy. The research aims at key operational inefficiencies, including data integrity problems, workflow bottlenecks, and difficulties in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 compliance (ISO, 2015). A mixed-methods approach consisting of a literature review, staff questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews was used to gather and triangulate data. The findings indicate that Bizzmine implementation can reduce administrative burdens by up to 60% and errors by 40%. Cost-benefit analysis indicates that an initial investment of approximately €18,000 and annual savings of approximately €32,760 can facilitate a break-even within 6.6 months. It concludes with clear guidance for phased deployment, widespread training, rigorous change management, and strict performance surveillance, ensuring the proposed solution is strategically suitable, technically feasible, and stakeholder acceptable (Kotter, 2023; GetAutonomi, 2024).
