Samenvatting

To conclude, this research aimed to provide the knowledge management platform and HZ Studio insights on what can be worked on to make sure the platform implementation is successful. Throughout the process, I investigated the problem, the community aspect of it, the change aspect, the leadership aspect, and the focus group aspect, and even benchmarked best practices that can be implemented from other universities.
This research emphasized the importance of fostering stronger user engagement by building a community around the platform and the HZ Studio. This report provides the various aspects HZ can investigate, which answers the research question. These insights and recommendations provided aim to help HZ develop a centralized, well-structured, and intuitive tool that helps foster collaboration.
