CIMIC from the aid organisations' perspective
CIMIC from the aid organisations' perspective
Samenvatting
The author analyses the various differences between civilian aid organizations and the military and he concludes that the principle of neutrality of aid organisations no longer forms an obstacle for some civilian organizations to work with the military. He sees that the military and aid organisations are complementary in certain circumstances and thus may profit from each other's contribution.
