For this thesis project I looked into how more value can be created for coworkers by adding a coworking space to the product portfolio of the World Trade Center Twente.

The thesis is about how Lobelia Tours and Travel Agency is able to increase it CBT product offer. Here, the thesis student conducted several interviews with locals of Rwanda and CBT professionals in Germany. At the end, a solution is provided that combines several CBT activities in one place.
