Samenvatting

This thesis was written for the company Van Spronsen & Partners (VSP), a hospitality consultancy company based in Leiden. VSP is a hospitality consultancy agency which specialises in the hospitality and leisure industry with over 35 years of experience. The company is receiving an increase of requests from clients focusing their concept on the food delivery and take away market. The company does not have any internal information about the behaviour of consumers in this market. The solution is designed to solve this problem and to stimulate innovation with Van Spronsen & Partners.
