This research has been carried out in Tainan region, Taiwan, which is famous with sufficient diversity of orchids. The main objective of this research was to evaluate the performance of Chung-Hsin Orchid Nursery in order to make the organization viable for a small-scale orchid grower, Jing-Kai Yan, to link more firmly the markets and achieve sustainable development.
