Summary
Today, more than ever before, patients want to know about their health problems and effective treatments. Informing patients on these matters is very time consuming for physiotherapists. Imagine-E, an IT-company, has developed a plan to create an informative website, designed to inform the potential clients of paramedical professions. This project provides the information Imagine-E uses for the physiotherapy/ physical therapy section of the website.
Research questions:
1. What questions do potential clients of physiotherapy private practices have about referral, insurance, assessment, treatment, legislation, education/ specializations and physical complaints/ health problems?
2. Are there any other issues besides these subjects that potential clients of physiotherapists in a private practice would want to be informed about through a website?
The above mentioned subjects are assumptions that were tested through an inquiry. The inquiries were made to physiotherapists, clients (undergoing treatment) and potential clients (not undergoing treatment).

The above mentioned subjects are assumptions that were tested through an inquiry. The inquiries were made to physiotherapists, clients (undergoing treatment) and potential clients (not undergoing treatment).

The result of these inquiries showed that:
 71% of the people inquired has access to the web and 68% is interested in receiving information about physiotherapy through Internet. It can be concluded that creating a website containing quality information regarding physiotherapy can be beneficial.
 17% of the people inquired has need for information concerning subjects that were not included in the assumptions. It can be concluded that the interest for information
regarding other subjects related to physiotherapy is relatively low.
 100% of physiotherapists inquired receive questions from clients about their physical complaints while 0% of these physiotherapists find it necessary to inform patients about their physical complaint through a website. 86% of (potential) clients wants more information about their physical complaint (diagrams 1 and 2).
It can be carefully conluded that the physiotherapists inquired don't have a clear image of the need for information of potential clients about these issues.

The results of the inquiry show that there is a need for information regarding all of the assumed subjects. It can be concluded that the assumptions made beforehand are correct.
The website will include the following subjects: general information about physiotherapy, a FAQ (frequently asked questions) list about physiotherapy and a list of the ten most frequent physical complaints for which patients are referred to physiotherapy.
