Samenvatting
This report was designed to investigate which social media tools are appropriate for Enviu to use to increase its online presence and membership population. Topics that are discussed are: social media i.e. blogs, online social communities, micro blogging, video casting (v-logs) and more. These tools help companies become more transparent and more personal in a world where the consumer is beginning to be heard by large companies. The proper and effective use of social media tools make companies more approachable for consumers.
