Samenvatting

Technological and demographic developments require constant adjustment from organisations and their employees. It has, however, been indicated that especially SMEs experience difficulties in ensuring a working environment that facilitates learning and development. Five Universities in the Netherlands have joined forces to share and collaborate on practical examples of facilitating and strengthening learning culture within SMEs. This paper presents results of four case studies that were carried out to implement and evaluate interventions to strengthen learning culture within Dutch SMEs.
