The intern Terezia Bellayova focused on research into positive results of increased customer satisfaction on the business success, followed up by research into concrete demands of the target group of the company and how the customers of the company can be more satisfied, with the aim of creating a valid and reliable Advisory report for Raabe Slovakia, Ltd. with the main focus on elevating the financial and customer-focused success of the company within one year after the advise included would be put to use by the company. Thorough field research, including interviews, surveys among the stakeholders (namely, the current clients, the potential customers and the employees) was conducted to draw a piece of business-tailored advice for Raabe, mainly focused on several concrete actions which the company can invest into and apply in order to reach the craved KPI increase (referring to increase in customer satisfaction, which as proven leads to number of benefits from the business perspective on driving the business towards success). Financial estimation was drawn, proving financial benefits that suggested actions would bring to Raabe.
Taking the importance of customer satisfaction into consideration, i tis crucial for each and every business to tackle this topic and focus their work into making the customers satisfied. However, keeping in mind a vital business approach, this can only be done in correlation with the company´s financial health – company needs to rather optimize the customer satisfaction and maximize it only while keeping in mind its financial budget. To conclude, the company should aim for optimization of its clients satisfaction, defined as maximizing it within its financial power, while at the same time leading to positive financial outcomes and increased revenue. The intern's work states that Raabe Slovakia Ltd. should aim to increase its customer satisfaction, namely via optimizing its product in concrete customer-demanded ways, as specified in Action points of the Advisory report.
The findings of the research as well as the final recommendations drawn upon them were conducted covering the SMART criteria, and can be found in the final deliverable – the Advisory report. The Deliverable includes 3 concrete advices, as a result of a thorough desk and field research, Data analysis and critical approach, as well as carefully considering financial consequences of these advices and aligning the Advisory report with the financial goal of reaching higher revenue.
The purpose of the research is to get to know the driving power behind financial success of the company, being customer satisfaction, further displaying the current state of customer satisfaction with a certain product of the company, namely the product which is attacking the trends in the industry and aligns uniquely with the customers main needs, as well as analysis on possible suggested improvements of this product, further structured into an orderly Advisory report and presenting the financial effects of the advice on the business itself.
