This document provides a comprehensive justification for the internalization of SEO processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
The current reliance on outsourced SEO services has led to inconsistencies in service delivery, communication gaps, and a lack of standardized processes, impacting client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The key findings of the research indicate moderate client satisfaction with the existing SEO services at Vieeye Digital Marketing Agency. Survey results highlighted the need for clearer communication and more consistent updates on project progress and outcomes. Interviews with the management team and staff revealed significant operational challenges, including the absence of a standardized workflow and communication issues between in-house staff and freelancers, which have led to inefficiencies and inconsistencies in service delivery. Additionally, clients reported dissatisfaction with the current billing process due to a lack of transparency, resulting in frustration and, in some instances, loss of business.
