individual and organisational resilienceSamenvatting
In this article the authors focus on the human factor in cyber defence in order to improve the resilience of individual people and organisations. They aim to understand attackers' working methods that most try to manipulate the behaviour of people by exploiting a number of psychological and sociological principles such as obedience, gullibility and willingness to help others. As a consequence the authors propose a number of measures including security education and training.
