A disadvantage is that the current rent intermediary providers already have an extensive network. Besides, there are online rental housing platforms where landlords can place their rooms for free. For a starting business with a small marketing budget and without connections in the industry it will be challenging to enter the market.
It will take time for Rent Your Room to connect with private landlords. Therefore, the advice is to start work together with rental agents who are working commissioned by landlords. Meanwhile, it is important to build relationships with private landlords. Rent Your Room therefore has to join entrepreneurs meetings The target group of Rent Your Room is:
