Samenvatting

This is a summary of Kim Eltink Cisneros' thesis, for which she studied how the transition from living with parents to independent living influences Dutch students’ food routines. She particularly looked at whether and to what extent this transition enables a shift toward a more plant-based diet. Through this study, she aimed to understand the specific factors that enable or hinder the protein transition and provide insights into how students can adopt more sustainable food routines during this life phase.
